What if I damage my rental dress?

Don’t panic! When you collect your wedding/evening gown before your big day, you will pay a refundable security bond which covers any damage(s) less dry cleaning. Any damage(s) caused to your rental gown, during your rental period, it is your full responsibly & the security bond will be forfeited.

 

 

 

How long can I rent a bridal gown/evening gown for?

We offer a one week rental period where your dress must be returned within 7 days of leaving our studio.

Can I return my rental gown via Post?

Yes, we can arrange return postage upon signing your rental contract. ​Additional fees will apply.

How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment at Bridal Fusion by Mascia (BFM) please contact us on 08 82767189. Alternatively you can use our online contact form.

​We will be in touch with available appointment times within 1-2 business days. ​

I live interstate, can I rent a gown from BFM?

We appreciate that our BFM Brides may live outside of South Australia, however, at this stage we exclusively meet with Brides from the Adelaide Studio. If you live interstate and would like to arrange an appointment, we will book an appointment that will work with your travel schedule. ​

Do you charge a fee for rental bridal appointments?

Your first appointments at BFM is a complimentary 1 hour appointment. If you find you require more than 1 appointment, there will be a $50 appointment fee (per hour) which must be settled at the time of securing the second appointment.

​Please note:
If you are ready to say Yes to the dress during your second appointment, we are happy to use the $50 appointment fee towards your Rental deposit.

If you require more than two bridal appointments, we will process an appointment fee for each appointment made thereafter.

What is the price range of the hire gowns?

Our rental prices have been priced with the original retail price in mind & also in line with availability.

​Our prices are currently between $99 to $1000 including cleaning

Please note that Security bond  will appear as a separate charge, additional to the rental fee..

What is the condition of the gown when I am going to wear it?

Each of our gowns are handed to you in a ready to wear condition. ​

Do I need to dry clean the gown after the wedding?

No, we will take care of the dry cleaning after the gown is returned.

When do you suggest I confirm my rental gown?

We suggest confirming your rental gown within 12 weeks before your event, however it is possible to arrange a rental gown in a shorter time frame should the chosen gown be available. Here at BFM, we are constantly sourcing new pieces for our collections, all unique in size and style. To assure we can offer you the gown of your choice, it is a good idea to confirm your rental gown with us within a shorter time frame, to assure that the dress is still available for your day.

What sizes do you stock?

We currently stock sizes AUS 4-30. Please be mindful that each season our sizing and styles may differ.

What If I change my mind on the rental gown I selected?

If you have selected your rental gown but find your heart lies with another choice at BFM, we will credit your deposit towards a second gown. Please be mindful that your second gown choice may not be available for your date. Additionally, if you change your mind on renting a hire gown from BFM, you forfeit your deposit. ​

Please note: If you decide to purchase a gown after initiating a rental, the rental transaction must be finalised and your deposit forfeited.

What do i need to bring to an appointment?

First Appointment  1 hour FREE
Second Appointment  1 hour $50 per hour
Any appointments thereafter $50 per hour

In order to maintain the quality of our gowns, we reserve the right to refuse spray tanned clientele from trying on any gowns.

Please have any intended shape wear available at your appointment if you plan to use it on on your day.

Please limit your guests to 3 people when attending your appointment.

 If you are running late to your scheduled appointment, this will be deducted from your time allocation unless advised and discussed with BFM.
