We (Bridal Fusion By Mascia, BFM) promise that we will, at all times take the utmost effort to ensure that any information you (the client) provide, your privacy, and security is protected to the best of our ability within reasonable means.
Shipping & Returns
There will be a flat fee of $29.95 for gowns and wedding dresses within Australia per sale.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Please check back at a later date.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on special orders (known in shopping cart as “on backorder”).
If the gown is not what you ordered, damaged at the time of supply or the wrong size or colour, please contact us through the ‘contact us’ page within 7 days to discuss the problem.
Please note that any sample or clearance gowns are exactly that, they may have been tried on or modelled and therefore could either be slightly soiled or have minor defects. Some have simply been hanging on a rack and deserve a new home quicker none the less there are no exchanges or refunds on sample or clearance gowns so please choose carefully.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, your purchase may be returned but must still have tags attached and be in the same packaging and returned within 7 days.
Please note this does NOT apply to special orders (known in shopping cart as “on backorder”), sale, sample or clearance gowns.
Please contact us and send back to Bridal Fusion By Mascia (BFM) for a full refund.
Postage to or from BFM will not be refunded or provided.
Bridal Fusion By Mascia (BFM) is not responsible for costs of any returns or replacement postage.

No changes can be made to an order once the order has been confirmed and paid for.

The BFM Store is closed on Sundays and Mondays but will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.
Purchasing from BFM indicates you agree to the terms and conditions, and confirms you take responsibility for any purchase decisions.
When you purchase a product from BFM we require personal information. This information may include (but is not limited) your name, email, phone number and shipping address. Your credit card details are not retained by BFM once an order is completed.
Services include delivering packages, sending mail or email and processing payments. We will have access to your personal information in order to perform these services and we will use your email information to send you sales updates etc unless you opt out.
BFM reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

BFM use an SSL Security Certificate and Secure Payment methods to ensure your credit card transaction are safe and secure. Your credit card information is not stored on the website.
